Yes. Pro and Max are month to month with no contract. You can change plan or cancel at any time from Settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

No. Free needs only an account. You add payment details only when you choose Pro or Max.

We only use your transcript to write your report. It's never stored on our servers — a copy stays in your browser so you can see it next to your report. To write the report it's sent to our server and our AI provider for analysis. We don't keep it; our provider deletes it within 30 days and doesn't use it to train models. Only your report is saved, and it quotes short excerpts as evidence.
