1Agreeing to these terms
By using Verafair, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including your transcripts. You must be 18 or older to use Verafair.
2Who we are
Verafair (“we”, “us”) is an independent product run by an independent developer based in the United Arab Emirates. Contact us at support@verafair.io.
3Your account
Keep your login secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what you upload. If you share a report by link, anyone with the link can see it until you turn the link off.
4Using Verafair fairly
Please don't:
- upload a transcript you don't have the right to share, such as a call recorded without the participant knowing;
- upload anything illegal, or use Verafair to harm anyone;
- try to break, overload or get around the service or its limits, for example with bots, scraping or shared accounts;
- copy our scoring method to build a competing product.
If you do, we may suspend or close your account.
5About the reports
Reports are written by AI. They are coaching suggestions to help you improve, not a professional audit or a guarantee. AI can make mistakes, so use your own judgement before acting on a report. Reports aren't legal, compliance or HR advice.
6Plans, payment and cancelling
- Plans. Free includes a small number of reports each month. Pro and Max are monthly subscriptions with more reports and extra features. Current prices and limits are on the pricing page.
- Who you pay. Subscriptions are sold by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo takes your payment, handles sales tax, and its purchase terms also apply to your payment.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time in Settings. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, then you move to Free. Older reports are hidden on Free, not deleted.
- Refunds. We don't refund part-used months. If something went wrong, such as a double charge or a charge after you cancelled, email us within 14 days and we'll put it right. This doesn't affect any refund rights the law gives you.
- Price changes. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription, so you can cancel first if you want to.
7Who owns what
Your transcripts and reports are yours. You let us process them only to provide the service to you. Verafair's software, scoring method, name and design are ours.
8The service as it is
We work hard to keep Verafair running well, but we provide it “as is”. We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or right for your needs. We may change, add or remove features over time.
9Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or decisions made based on a report. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50, whichever is higher. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
10Ending your use
You can stop using Verafair any time. You can delete your reports in Settings, and to delete your account, email support@verafair.io. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Verafair down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused paid time.
11Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes go to the UAE courts. If you live somewhere that gives you extra consumer protections, you keep those.
12Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll tell signed-in users by email or in the app before they take effect. Questions? Email support@verafair.io.
